Daniela Carcamo

Daniela Carcamo is an attorney born and raised in Honduras. In 2018, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law, with a certificate in Government and Public Interest Law. She was the Vice-President of the Moot Court Honor Board and was a National Moot Court Champion, she was recognized for her oral advocacy and brief writing. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Daniela obtained a MBA Master in Business Administration from Jacksonville University and has two Bachelor’s Degrees in Advertising and Strategic Communications from Mercyhurst University located in Erie, PA. 

Daniela knew she wanted to focus on helping immigrants like herself. She started volunteering for a local firm in Jacksonville, FL in 2017. She became licensed to practice law in Florida in 2018 and continued to work in private practice. Daniela is a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Bar Association, Jacksonville Women’s Lawyers Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Her experience over the last five years has focused on family petitions, naturalizations, waivers, T and U visas, VAWAs, humanitarian relief, removal defense, and appeals.
